Sales are exclusive to customers residing in the European Union territories.

Shipping takes place during office hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Bank holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts before sending your order back to our warehouses. Once the order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If your order has multiple products, they may be shipped separately.

You’ll receive an email confirming the shipment of each article, with details attached.
